At GIVA Group, sustainability is part of our long-term vision and integrated business strategy. In recent years, we’ve taken key steps to align our operations with international climate goals and stakeholder expectations.

Among the most relevant milestones:

• We received official validation of our greenhouse gas reduction targets by the Science Based Targets initiative (SBTi). Covering Scope 1, 2, and 3 emissions, our targets align with the Paris Agreement and position GIVA among the first forging companies with both near-term and net-zero goals approved.
• DNV has carried out an independent verification of GIVA S.p.A. greenhouse gas (GHG) emissions relevant to the year 2024.
  The GHG emissions inventory, which includes direct GHG emissions, indirect energy GHG emissions and other significant indirect GHG emissions, were prepared in accordance with the ISO 14064-1:2018 verification criteria and the ISO 14064-3:2019 verification protocols. Here’s the Statement.

• Every year we complete the CDP questionnaire, confirming the Group’s commitment to increasingly responsible, transparent management aligned with international standards benchmarks.
