In 2024, we embarked on a new path to transform our approach to workplace safety, moving from a reactive logic to a proactive risk prevention strategy.

The project led to the development of a standardized framework for analyzing near misses, completed in December 2024, and a new communication flow management procedure, to be completed in 2025.
